Embrace is terrible plain and simple

Geez it seems like their cars, apps, and websites are in beta testing forever. They don't work more than then work. it is so annoying.

Agree app sucks...doesn’t load or work most of the time

They keep saying they’re working on it.. can’t believe such a quality car has such an inferior app....Its 2019 Mercedes Benz. When the hell is this app going to work???? Or replace it with something that does!!

My 2018 e class mb apps not working. The best or nothing well I quess it's nothing and nobody knows how to fix it... Very disappointing!

You would think "Mercedes" would have a system or app that works. I have called several times to get mbrace to work and every time get a different story. Remote start does not work more times than it does. It's a shame my GMC remote start works flawlessly and "Mercedes" can't figure it out. Don't bother hitting the i button. Rude very and don't have a clue how it works.

Garbage!! The app does not work at all. People at Mercedes could care less. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I will never buy another Mercedes again. My daughters 10-year-old Prius is better and so was the service

complete garbage...app does not work and all Mercedes can say it that it will be fixed soon. i've been waiting 11 months and it is still not working. IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT REMOTE START OR "ANY TECHNOLOGY" THIS IS THE CAR TO BUY. Terrible customer service and terrible app........wish i never purchased a mercedes! BMW WILL BE MY NEXT CAR

My 2017 e300 is a great car! Autonomous and Parking pilot features are great! Now about the mbrace feature: I have had my car since 11/20/16 and mbrace worked great until I was locked out about three weeks ago and told it was no longer supported. I was instructed to link my mbrace app to Mercedes me. Now I have a real problem! Mbrace will not link! They should have left mbrace active until all of the kinks were resolved.

As bad as all these reviews are, they don't do justice. The application is far worse. No words to describe how horrific it is and that they keep pulling functionality from it. Mbrace points at Mercedes Corp who points as Mbrace and the dealer. The 'Executive Account Reps" from both Mercedes and Mbrace are useless. No one could or would answer straight forward questions. Because of all this, I will never buy another Mercedes!

Ripoff. I took the 6 months free trial and never had a use for it, however, after the six months was up they went and charged me for a month, utilizing my credit card without getting my approval, then a month later I get a letter from mbrace notifying me that my 6 months free was ending. Spoke with customer service numerous times all to no avail. Terrible customer service

Just purchased a GLE350 and was excited about the Mbrace program all the features it offered. Unfortunately, as i have seen here the Mercedes Me application simply does NOT Work on Android phones. A call to customer service was worthless so i guess it is a free application that does not work. I told my wife to stay with Lexus but she insisted. A prior bad experience with Mercedes was the reason we went with Lexus.

E300 DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THE ONLY THING WORSE THAN THIS CAR IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE APP IS THE WORST..USELESS. IVE NEVER SPENT SO MUCH TIME TRYING TO GET A BASIC FUNCTION TO WORK ON A CAR. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE KEEPS TELLING ME IT MUST BE THE CAR TAKE IT TO THE DEALER..THEY TELL ME ITS THE MBRACE PEOPLE. ALSO NOONE EVER CALLS ME BACK FROM MBRACE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO . LAST BENZ I WILL EVER OWN. I CANNOT REMOTE START FROM THE APP MY 2017 E300 BUT MY SON CAN REMOTE START HIS 2015 EXPLORER FROM HIS KEY. THEY HAVE LOST SIGHT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. . BUY A lEXUS, ACURA, FORD,CHEVY,CADILLAC AND ON AND ON.....THEY ALL HAVE EQUAL IF NOT BETTER TECHNOLOGY THAT IS EASY TO USE AND LOGICAL TO USE...THE LARGE SCREEN IS THE ONLY NICE THING. WORST CAR EVER AND A 4 CYL THAT SOUNDS LIKE A HONDA ACCORD

I have had my 2017 e300AWD for about 6 weeks. The mbrace App is a joke. It only worked about 50% of the time. Tonight, when it is 18 degrees, I click on the app and instead of the option lock vehicle or remote start, my only options are locate dealers and a PDF of the owner's manual. I uninstalled & reinstalled, same problem; no remote start option. EXTREMELY disappointed in the poor quality of this app!!!

I recently purchased a 2014 S550. I was very excited because this was the first MB I have owned that allowed for the MBrace package. I signed up for the trial but I was never able to get a network connection. Through multiple conversations with technical support, they were never able to get this working in my vehicle. The upsetting part was that nobody in support really acted like they even cared. It is extremely disappointing that Mercedes can't seem to make their own product work.

I am so dissatisfied & disappointed with this nonworking Remote Start App. How unfortunate that you pay a substantial sum for a luxury vehicle that is incapable of delivering satisfaction. As another customer has stated, there should be some type of reimbursement or courtesy offered to us disgruntle subscribers! This is totally inconvenient & unacceptable from a brand that is "supposedly" considered to be of such high standards. Shameful!!!

Have had my GLS450 for a week and Mercedes still not able to get remote start working. Called tech support and they were more interested in selling me more app services! Ridiculous, you pay top dollar for a car and this is the customer service and performance you get!

Add my car to the list. 2017 GLS in Chicago....app is worthless. Works 10% of the time and they have no answers.
