Mercedes-Benz mbrace App Reviews

If MB had a little common sense a cared about this App they would immediately return everyone's money for there mbrace accounts until they actually figured out what the problem is with this App. Cars 1/2of the cost of the some of these models have remote start that actually works.

Mercedes me remote start is useless and has been that way for almost 3 weeks. I have had the 2017 E class for just over three weeks. The weather is getting very cold in the northeast and would love to be able to use the remote start. This was a selling and buying point for me with this vehicle. Someone dropped the ball with this one!

This app is definitely useless and MBrace has no idea what the problem is. Need to go back to key fob and be able to start it remotely. Needs to be a recall on this looking at all the complaints. GLE 350

Sounds like there needs to be a recall on this, same comment as everybody else, it's worthless. Need to go back to a key Fob to do all the functions and make it simple because obviously Mercedes can't figure it out. I won't be buying another Mercedes again if they can't come to realize this is a big issue.

Same problem. Can't use the remote start on the app. You spend this much $$$ on a car to sit in it freezing below 0F weather. Sucks

Haven't been able to start my car for a week now. Cold weather and the app doesn't work at all. Now I can't even sign on to the app it just times out. When I call support I'm on hold for so long I hang up. This will be my last Mercedes if this is what you can expect. The remote start app was the major reason I went with this car. Very disappointing.

The app is horrible! I have had my 2016 GLE 350 since Nov. 2015 and it has never worked right for the remote start. Last winter I called and called customer service and was told it was a nation wide problem and would be addressed. Still does not work this year.

Remote start stopped working for me. in fact it's nowhere to be found in the app. Neither is remote lock/unlock. I figured it could be the iOS update I put on today. I'll try again tomorrow. I couldn't get into mbrace either. I called and was told they think the system is down for maintenance but not sure. Very helpful. Disappointing.

Mercedes customer service has become sub par, nobody can answer simple requests, that's because nobody answers the phone in regard to Mercedes Me. No wonder it's "free" for 5 years. Purchased another E classic late Nov 2016. The deciding factor was the remote start feature from your cell phone. I called Mercedes me support a couple of times. They indicated they are aware of the issues and are diligently working on the issue. I live in the Northeast and it is getting very cold. I would love to be able to use the remote start feature.

The remote start feature on my 2017 GLC300 does not work consistently. It is out for days at a time. Mercedes tells me the problem is being worked on "diligently". I bought the car in Oct and it is now the winter season. If the problem is really related to cell coverage, we are going to be waiting a long time for a reliable fix. This is one of the main reasons I bought the car. Audi and BMW do not have remote start. I think I may investigate the lemon law requirements for New Jersey.

This Mercedes Me app is horrid. I can't believe MB cannot figure out this problem for those of us who live up North in below zero temps. Mbrace worked great. Why change something that worked. Very disappointed also there is no remote on key fob. I think for all the technology MB has its unbelievable they cannot fix this. If I would have known this, as a remote is a must up here, I would have bought a different vehicle.

Same issue as others. Got a new E300 that I cannot remote start. Yet able to to do it with my 1 year old GLC... weird. Will call Mbrace but not holding my breath... disappointed

ALL YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE ARE CORRECT THE APP SUCKS . JUST GOT A C300 2 WEEKS AGO WORKS ABOUT 10% OF TIME . SPEND THEMONEY. ALSO NO WEEKENDSUPPORT ON A MERCEDES AND GET JUNK NEVER HAS A PROBLEM WITH MY BUICKS. MERCEDES YOU SHOULD BE ASHAME!

Just picked up my GLE350 and registered with mbrace. I have tried for two days to get remote start to work. Communication failure. It can locate my car though. Very disappointed that Mercedes has this problem. Remote start is very important to me and would not have bought the car without it.

Updating iPhone had rendered the app useless. Cannot access app at all. Worked fine up to the update. At least I'm not alone...
